The Saeco Panarello Sleeve is a stainless steel, chrome-plated outer sleeve for panarello wands. It works on a number of models. Consult your user manual. Also, the sleeve requires the panarello internal tube for installation. If you do not have that black plastic piece inside of sleeve, please order the full panarello assembly shown below.

Having trouble getting the milk and foam hot enough on my gaggia baby. Have no trouble making foam, but actually getting the milk hot. This looks like it would fit my panarello, would it solve my problem? Machine comes with a plastic panarello sleeve.

According to somebody on the phone at Seattle Coffee Gear, this is the wrong panarello for the Saeco Aroma. I bought it to replace the plastic one, which I think was converted into a cat toy. This panarello doesn't have the tiny plastic insert that the original one does, although it works well enough on my machine.
I was having trouble getting foam. FYI everone - remember to keep the tiny hole at the top of the panarello clear. It's the air intake necessary to make foam. I get foam before the milk is really hot. I find if there's too much milk in the cup I get foam everywhere before the milk is hot. Jan 11, 2013

Try using less milk and less steam but frothing for probably twice as long as you have been doing so far.

This sleeve is for the Incanto only, and for the Aroma, you would need to purchase the whole Stainless Steel Panarello Assembly. It can be found at the link below:
