This replacement pod filter basket for the Saeco Sirena is a 58mm basket that fits in your portafilter and let's you use espresso pods in your Saeco Sirena Espresso Machine. In order to use this replacement filter basket, check out the Sirena user manual since you need to remove the Plastic Support Peg and the Saeco Portafilter Rubber Gasket. These are basically the two things that pressurize your pressurized portafilter and are not required for pod filter basket usage.
