How the Walkure Karlsbad Porcelain Coffee Maker Works
You'll be brewing up a smoother cup of coffee with this filterless ceramic coffee maker and the Karlsbad brewing method.
- Place 40 grams of coarsely ground coffee directly onto the porcelain sieve in the upper container
- Place the water dispenser on top and slowly pour over boiling water
- The water now runs through the coffee grounds and the double sieve into the waiting pot below
- After brewing, remove the upper double sieve section and serve directly from the pot
- Enjoy!
A Note About Coffee & Cups
Let us break it down for you: Although 8 ounces equals a cup in the baking world, a US cup of coffee is measured at 6 ounces and a European cup of coffee is measured at 4.25 ounces. This is why we sometimes list ounces to paint a more accurate picture of capacity.
