Overview

Slightly smaller than a cappuccino cup and twice the size of a demitasse, the Acme Tulip cup is perfect for your daily Macchiato. Made of durable, dishwasher safe ceramic and offered in two separate colors, it's almost impossible to go wrong with Acme.

While our images include a cup and saucer, we are not currently offering this dashing combo, just the cup.

How Does it Compare?

The Acme Tulip cup is a master at holding 6 fluid ounces. However, 6 fluid ounces fills this master to the brim. Use caution when filling to maximum capacity.

Specs

Width 3.25 inches (outside rim to outside rim)

What is the best cup for a latte? Thanks
Ham999 on Feb 3, 2016
Best Answer: The Acme Tulip Cup is fantastic, but may be too small for a traditional latte since it only holds 6 fl. oz.

How big (wide) is the base of the cup?
Michael M on Jun 28, 2016
Best Answer: the external base diameter is almost two inches after accounting for rounded edges due to the glaze.

Does the tulip cup fit on the demitasse saucer?
Ben S on Feb 22, 2017
Best Answer: Nope! I just checked and the base is a little too wide for the saucer. Instead i'd recommend the cappuccino saucer, which it fits in nicely.

Hope this helps!

Is this cup good for art latte ?
A shopper on Dec 28, 2016
Best Answer: Hello! The Tulip cup is a little small and tall for lattes, instead I'd recommend something wider, like this: https://www.seattlecoffeegear.com/bia-cordon-bleu-12-ounces-footed-cappucino-cup-single

I would totally buy these cups if a saucer was available. Even better would be if you stocked ACME's 5 oz. flat white cups. Do you have any plans of stocking ACME's full line?
A shopper on Jun 5, 2015
Best Answer: We hope to expand our inventory in the future

I bought 2 of these cups because they are the shape of the cups in Paris by Cafe Richard, which I love. This description says 6 oz. It is not. It measures 5 oz to the very top, which means 4 oz if you want to move the cup without spilling. Useless for anything other than an espresso. Would have been a great cup if not for it being so small. I ended up donating them to charity because I never use them. Very disappointed. (Posted on 4/6/2017)
