This creamy treat is a delicious way to a decadent morning coffee or post-dinner dessert.


- 2 oz espresso

- ½ oz vanilla bean syrup

- 6 oz extra foamy steamed half and half 

- 1 tsp granulated sugar for brû lée garnish

- Garnish: stroopwafel

To a cappuccino glass, add 2 oz of espresso and ½ oz vanilla bean syrup.

Stir to combine and add well-steamed half and half on top.

Ensure that there is a thick dense layer of foam to support the garnish.

Next, sprinkle granulated sugar on top of the foam and use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar.

Garnish with a stroopwafel or cookie of your choosing, et voilà, you're ready to enjoy an extra fancy cappuccino!
