Raspberry White Chocolate Undertow Recipe!
Get decadent with this rich and delicious espresso drink!
- ½ ounce red raspberry syrup
- 1 ½ ounce (white chocolate) half and half
- 2 oz freshly brewed espresso
Garnish: dried raspberry crumble
Add the (white chocolate) half and half to a liqueur glass.
Then, pour in the red raspberry syrup. The syrup should sink to the bottom, leaving two distinct layers.
Using the back of a spoon, slowly pour a freshly brewed double shot on top of the half and half. Serve immediately.
