Learn how to make this delicious all vegan espresso cocktail and wow your next dinner party guests!

Vegan Salted Pandan Flip Recipe:

  • 1 oz aged rum
  • ½ oz espresso
  • ¼ oz salted pandan simple syrup
  • ½ oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz aquafaba
  • Coconut shavings for garnish

Add rum, espresso, pandan syrup, coconut cream, and aquafaba to an empty drink shaker, and dry shake to combine.

Add 4-5 large ice cubes and shake for 10-15 seconds.

Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the coconut shavings.

Pandan Simple Syrup:

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp pandan extract, preferably clear

Combine ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to low heat.

Stir until sugar and salt is completely dissolved.

Let cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
