Try this tasty twist on a classic Affogato!

RECIPE

- 2 oz freshly brewed espresso

- ¼ oz cinnamon syrup

- 1 oz cranberry juice

- 1 scoop orange or blood orange sorbet

Garnish: chocolate shavings

Combine the espresso, cinnamon syrup, and cranberry juice in a shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously until well chilled. Next, add a generous scoop of sorbet to a coupe glass. Strain the coffee mixture over the sorbet, and garnish with the chocolate shavings.
