Description About Bluebeard Coffee Roasters - Colombia Sugar Cane Decaf Amigos de Huila
Fruity with classic cocoa and caramel notes, this is a coffee drinker's coffee in a decaf package. The term "sugar cane decaf" refers to the way fermented sugar cane is circulated through water moistened coffee to remove caffeine and clean the coffee. This unique process leaves flavor in the bean and effectively strips the caffeine, giving decaf drinkers a coffee with all of the flavor and none of the caffeine. Best enjoyed as a drip or pourover brew.

Whether you want to try new roasts or prefer to keep your favorite beans flowing, a coffee subscription from Seattle Coffee Gear will do the trick.

Recommended Brew Methods
Start with a 16:1 water-to-coffee ratio for your dosing. You’ll want a medium grind size for drip brewing that’s finer than what you’d use for pourover. Make sure you give the filter basket a shake to evenly distribute the grounds in the filter for best results. Turn on your brewer and it’ll do the rest!
