Bluebeard Coffee Roasters - Ethiopia Gogogu Forest Guji
This sweet, juicy coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia is a delicious way to start your day or get that afternoon pick-me-up. Grown in the dense Gogogu forest, this coffee was produced at some of the highest altitudes in the country (2310 masl). This coffee was managed by lifelong coffee trader Kedir Jebril, and it was processed via an exacting 60 hour washing period, then a complex, careful drying process. Bluebeard’s take on this coffee brings out the very best of its flavor notes, which they list as raspberry frosting, peach, cocoa, and kaffir lime citrus. This coffee is best enjoyed as a pour over.
