Description About Brandywine Coffee Roasters - Colombia Seeds of Life - Juan Tama Leaders
This washed coffee comes by way of the Seeds of Life project, a traceable lot presented by the Cosecha Traders community in Colombia. When we say traceable, we mean that this is a roast comprised of coffees that can be directly traced to the producers responsible for them, a wonderful thing to be able to do with specialty coffee. This roast features a washed process, and presents delicious smooth, chocolatey notes. We love this one as a pour over and we’re sure you will too!

Recommended Brew Methods
For a French Press brew we recommend a 1:12 coffee to water ratio with coffee ground at the consistency of sea salt. Add your grounds to the brewing chamber. then add twice the water as there are grounds to the chamber. Stir gently and allow to bloom for about 30 seconds. Place the top on the press and allow it to steep for 4 minutes. Plunge the press slowly and enjoy!
Superautos make brewing espresso easy. All you need to do is add beans to the hopper and press a button to pull yourself a shot. If your shot is a bit sour you’ll want to dial the grinder a little bit finer and try again. If it’s bitter, dial it a little coarser. You can find instructions on how to do this for your machine in the manual. Just remember to avoid oily beans that can clog your superauto’s grinder!
