A process we typically see used for some of our favorite coffees from Ethiopia, this single origin is a surprise treat coming from Nicaragua. The natural process on this coffee brings out that syrupy sweetness that we have come to love. Paired with a juicy body and flavors of apples, grapes and other red fruit, this coffee makes a delicious cup to enjoy as we head into the winter months.
