Located in the Cajamarca region of Peru, Eli Espinoza's farm, La Palma, cultivates Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica varietals of coffee. Eli's story is one of perseverance and passion, coming to the region as a young man working on farms as a picker. After saving, Eli was able to purchase his own farmland. Now, Eli processes coffee on site and has developed an incredible annual crop.
