  • What type of coffee will be sent out?

    Our blends come from a variety of roasters! Single Origins shine in pour-over and filter brew methods, but can also make a very tasty espresso with a little extra dialing. Typically, Single Origins will be a little lighter in roast level than Blends, with more adventurous flavor profiles than a more rounded blend. If the gift recipient wants their coffee to taste a little more like "coffee" try our Blends Gift Subscription!

  • How fresh is your coffee?

    We work with our partners on a weekly "Roast to Order" timeline. They roast, bag and ship all on day one, meaning we receive our coffee direct from the roaster as fresh and as quickly as possible. From there, it's up to your location—but a vast majority of our customers receive their coffee within two to three shipping days from the subscription renewal date or order date.

  • How do I change or cancel an active gift subscription?

    Once the first shipment has shipped, we are typically unable to cancel or refund a gift subscription. However, please reach out to us at or 866-372-4734 and we will do our best to accommodate!

  • When will the first shipment be sent out?

    Once the first subscription order has processed, we will typically send the order out within 2-3 business days. At this time, we cannot modify/change the start/shipment date of a gift subscription.

  • How can I track the shipments of the subscription and who receives the shipment notifications?

    Each shipment will show up in your account under "My Orders", by clicking "View order" then "Shipments" you will find the tracking number for each shipment that has gone out. Shipment emails are also sent to the email address on file with the subscription. Your recipient will not receive order updates unless their email address is the one inputted onto the order. In that case, you will not receive an order confirmation and the purchase price will be listed in the confirmation email sent to the recipient, along with the tracking information for each shipment
