• How does the Coffee Club work?

  We send our Coffee Club members a new assortment of coffees each month. You’ll get to try some seriously standout coffees from our favorite roasters. Think of it as your passport to the wider world of craft coffee!

• How fresh is your coffee?

  We work with our partners on a weekly ‘Roast to Order’ timeline. They roast, bag and ship all on day one, meaning we receive our coffee within two days of roasting. From there, it’s up to your location—but a vast majority of our customers receive their coffee within five days of roast date.

• How do I change my subscription settings?

  Easy. Sign in at the top of this page to access your subscriptions dashboard. From there, click Edit on the subscription you’d like to make changes to. You’ll be able to add/remove items, change your delivery frequency, and edit payment & shipping info.

• What's your cancellation policy?

  You can update, cancel, or restart your subscription at any time. No strings attached.

• Why won’t you pre-grind coffee?

  We ship coffee exactly as received by our roasting partners, only a few of which offer pre-ground bags. Besides, what if we messed up your grind setting?

• What’s the deal with espresso roasts, anyway?

  Any bean can make a good espresso—and espresso roasts make for great drip coffee too! Espresso blends and roasts are crafted by roasters to hold up under pressure, and are a great start for baristas who mix shots with milk or other flavors.

• Why can’t I subscribe to certain items?

  Some items, like seasonal blends or single-origin coffees, are only carried for a limited time based on availability. We’d hate to tease you like that.

• What happens if an item is no longer available or the price has changed?

  We’ll send you an email notification that your subscribed product is no longer available. You’ll also get some recommendations for similar products in our lineup.

• When will my credit card be charged?

  You’ll be charged per shipment, just before we pack up your box. If you chose today as the start date for your subscription, your order will be processed right away.

• Why didn’t I receive my order?

  Your payment method or shipping information has likely expired! Log in to update your terms to release your order.
