Intelligentsia Coffee

Chicago-based Intelligentsia is a community-focused roaster with a big cult following. So much so that, since they opened their first café in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood in 1995, they’ve expanded with coffee bars in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Boston. Intelligentsia is also the mastermind behind its headquarters and roastery, Chicago Roasting Works, where they roast, provide interactive training, give public tours and yes… hand out samples.
