COVID-19 Response


Dear Fellow Coffee Lover,


Our number one priority at Seattle Coffee Gear is the health and safety of our employees and our customers.  I want to share some of the measures we are taking to help protect both you and our employees as the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread throughout our communities.

As this situation continues to evolve, we are closely monitoring guidance from the CDC and local health officials so we can make the best decisions possible to ensure the safety of everyone.

We are taking the following actions: 

  • We are increasing the frequency and rigor of cleaning and sanitization of all the touchpoints in our retail stores and shipping warehouses.  Our entire operations team, accounting, customer service, sales, and marketing are now working remotely.
  • We plan to have no delays in shipping orders and customer service/inside sales are available 7 days a week as usual.
  • We are postponing all scheduled classes and events in our stores until such time it's safe to hold these types of large gathering events again.  Please watch your email and our website for updates regarding this.
