The ThermoPro G3 Digital Coffee Brewing Systems use the Curtis ThermoPro 1.5 gallon thermal servers. These are designed to provide optimum heat retention and the stainless steel liner provides commercial durability. The base makes it easy to set up and transport as does the sturdy handles. The brew through top keeps the heat and all the flavor in. There is a separate drip tray for easy cup location and cleaning. Just over 8 inches of cup clearance allows for easy filling of anything from a short to a venti cup.
Best Answer:The Curtis ThermoPro Servers are not designed for dispensing hot milk, and it is not something I would recommend. Though I have not tried dispensing milk in this server I would imagine that it might be difficult to keep clean.
Unfortunately we do not have any commercial units for dispensing hot milk, as it is a health code violation to serve milk without showing you are monitoring temperature. Once milk is heated it has to be kept above a certain temperature or it starts to form bacteria, and we do not have any servers I can recommend for this purpose.
