Product Description

What's the difference between Curtis ThermoPro lever Airpots you ask? Well! Glass is a better insulator than stainless steel so to keep fresh brewed coffee hot longer, a glass lined carafe is recommended. Also there is a possibility that stainless steel liners can alter the flavor profile of your gourmet coffee. The flip side is a glass lined carafe could potentially break if dropped. High volume lever fills most single cups in one stroke.

  • Storage racks are available for 2 to 6 airpots, sold separately.

Best Answer: I'm sorry, if the glass lining breaks, you cannot change it. You would have to purchase a new airpot.

how long does it keep coffee hot?
Catalina Q on Apr 20, 2015
Best Answer: Oh my gosh, overnight! No exaggeration. Granted it needs a warm-up after that long, but that means it will stay really hot for 6 - 8 hours. We just did an event last Saturday, had two pots left over at noon (brewed and filled mid-morning), so we loaned one to a friend and kept one for ourselves. In the late afternoon I had a cup and it was hot without needing warming up then. The next morning our coffee was still much warmer than warm, but needed a boost from the microwave. My friend could not get over the fact that hers was still very warm Sunday morning as well. LOVE these carafes! Hope this helps.

How tall is the carafe from bottom to when the top is opened?
Sandi A on Oct 14, 2016
Best Answer: 20" when the top is in its most upright position for filling. We have ours sitting below a cabinet that is 17-3/4 inches above the countertop.

Is it possible to purchase new lids/pumps for this airpot? Our company goes through airpots (not this brand) and it is always the pump that goes out first. We are looking for an airpot that we can buy extra pumps for.
A shopper on Apr 21, 2015
Best Answer: Possibly through Curtis directly, but not through us.
