Ambrose Pasquini came to New York from Milan, Italy after World War II and eventually ended up on in Los Angeles. First, he imported an Italian espresso machine and opened a cafe. Then, as Italian style coffee grew in popularity he became an importer of commercial machines. Mr. Pasquini had always been a tinkerer and in the mid 70's, he used his tool and dye knowledge and experience to design a home espresso machine. His first home machine was called the Livietta, followed by the Livia 90 which came out in the mid 90's. Today the Pasquini Family is proud to announce the new Livia G4 series, espresso machines for the new century.
The newest Paquini model, the Livia G4 is a heat exchanger, so you can brew and steam at the same time. It comes with PID controlled temperature in the automatic version and a reliable thermostat on the semi-auto version. For ease of use, consistency and commercial-grade components, the Pasquini brand is hard to beat. The traditional Italian styling and years of user experience and feedback has brought every detail into focus for a high performance home espresso machine.
- Solid Materials: The Pasquini Livia G4 espresso machine uses quality components to produce a sturdy machine that can handle years of use.
- Water Works: Boiler auto-fill function, a large water reservoir and handy hot water spigot on the front offer great consumer functionality.
- Easy Does It: This line of prosumer espresso machines are very easy to learn and you can pull great espresso shots right out of the gate.
