Best Answer: I found it was easier to use a regular small frothing cup then this one, for me it was a waste of money

Does what it saysReview by OldOV
Sonja's review sold me since we both use the same machine. I tried it in the refrigerator first, but the results were just ok. Next came the freezer & like Sonja, I've finally found a way around Oscar's too fast steaming wand (Gail's video addresses this as well). There IS another solution; buy a 4-hole tip made to fit the Oscar, but SCG doesn't/won't stock it. I found it on a competitors site, but refused to buy it because it meant setting up yet another account, user & password. Enough of that already!!! (Posted on 2/4/2015)
This helped meReview by Sonja
I ordered this frothing pitcher because we had a difficult time learning to make microfoam on our Nuova Simonelli Oscar. The foaming happens very quickly and your skills have to be at a higher level than ours are, I feel it was a very steep learning curve for us. This pitcher did help because the rod in the center can be cold and buy a little time before the milk gets too hot (we put it in the freezer), and it also makes the milk go in the circle pattern.
