This may be a stupid question. I realize it says drip, but can this be used in a French press?

Any reason this can't or shouldn't be used for espresso?
A shopper on Aug 4, 2015
Best Answer: These beans are meant for drip coffee and using them for espresso will create very weak shots as these beans are not intended for the amount of pressure required for espresso extraction.

What are the calories in a cup of coffee with these cream and sugar coffee beans?
Larry S on Jul 30, 2015
Best Answer: This particular blend is no different from any other blend in terms of calories. Coffee is almost Zero Calorie. According to the USDA nutrient database – an 8 ounce cup of coffee (brewed from grounds) has just 2 (yes two) Calories. The calories come from a tiny amount of protein and some mono-unsaturated oils.

AverageReview by BigRed
Received a bunch of different coffees for my birthday and was really excited to try one by Slate as I had heard many great things about this roaster, but was really unimpressed. It wasn't bad, but just didn't live up to the hype. Seemed very ordinary compared to some of the others I received. Not at all bad, just normal. Would like to try something else by them.
