Fellow turns up the technology with their new Stag EKG+. A high-tech version of their Red Dot award-winning EKG, the plus integrates connected features for the cutting-edge consumer. Paired with Fellow's Stagg EKG+ app, you can start your kettle remotely, control temperature, and follow your favorite brew methods to a T. Acaia's Brewbar app takes the features even further, letting you sync it with Acaia scales or Baratza grinders—together calculating flow rate and brew ratios for extreme repeatability. The Stagg EKG+ doesn't sacrifice its balanced weight or careful flow control for all this extra hardware either, making this one of the most full-featured kettles around.

- Connected Coffee: The EKG+ sports built-in bluetooth for connections to iPhones and iPads.
- Temperature Accuracy -Set your Stagg EKG+ anywhere from 104º and 212º.
- Gooseneck Spout: A naturally restricted flow and a pointed tip make it easy to pour slowly for extra control and accuracy when brewing.
- Hold Option: Flip the switch on the back of the EKG+ base to have it hold your kettle at temp.
- Brew Timer: Press the knob down for one second (with the kettle at-temp and off-base) to start a brew timer.

Cons
- Applicable Apps: This needs to get better. Their is currently no app support for Android, and the full features supported in the Brewbar App are only available for iPads. iPhone owners are limited to temperature settings and remote power control (though even that is limited by bluetooth range).
