How does the Coffee Club work?

We send our Coffee Club members a new assortment of coffees in each box. You’ll get to try some seriously standout coffees from our favorite roasters. Think of it as your passport to the wider world of craft coffee! You may also choose your own coffee, saving 5% off any of our selection. Free shipping on orders over $25!

How soon does my subscription start after making it?

Your subscription will start as soon as you place your first subscription order, recurring orders will be processed and shipped on the next available Friday!

How do I change my subscription settings?

Managing your subscription is easy, just log in to your account and you'll be able to add or remove items, change your delivery frequencies, & update your shipping/payment information. Please note that Gift Subscriptions cannot be edited once an order is placed. If you have any issues with a gift subscription after the order is placed, please contact us.

What's your cancellation policy?

You can update, cancel, or restart your subscription at any time. No strings attached.

Why won't you pre-grind coffee?

Since our roasters don't offer uniform grinding options it's challenging to provide ground coffee without compromising freshness. Plus, grinding your beans fresh enhances flavor and aroma!

What's the deal with espresso roasts, anyway?

Any coffee can be an excellent espresso, and coffees roasted for espresso can work well in other brew methods. Espresso roasts are typically ones that roasters identify as particularly suited for this rich, syrupy extraction method. With that in mind, we always encourage experimentation!

Why can't I subscribe to certain items?

Some items, like seasonal blends or single-origin coffees, are only carried for a limited time based on availability. We'd hate for you to miss out on your coffee if we run out! If you'd like to try a range of single origin coffees, consider subscribing to our SCG Picks Coffee Club! We'll send you hand picked single origins (or blends) each month.

What happens if an item is no longer available or the price has changed?

We’ll send you an email notification that your subscribed product is no longer available. You’ll also get some recommendations for similar products in our lineup.

When will my credit card be charged?

We charge once you start your subscription, as it will ship as soon as possible. Subsequent orders will be billed in cycle with that first billing based on subscription frequency.

Why didn't I receive my order?

This is usually due to outdated/incomplete payment info. Log in and provide updated info and we'll get your coffee headed your way! Alternatively, you can call our customer service team at 866-372-4734
