In a large bowl, toss the Cornflakes with milk powder, sugar, salt, and butter until coated. Spread mixture on baking sheet and bake until golden, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven, and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Cornflake Infused Heavy Whipping Cream 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 cup Cornflakes, toasted Toast Cornflakes in a dry pan until golden. Let cool in a large bowl. Once cooled, pour heavy whipping cream into bowl, and allow to infuse for 45 minutes. Strain mixture into bowl, and discard soggy cereal. Store infused cream in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
