Please note that your purchase order number is required for warranty service. Due to volume, diagnosis times may vary. Our turnaround time is 2 to 4 weeks, contingent on parts availability, after you have signed and approved your quote.
We are only able to accept and service machines from customers located in the United States. We are unable to ship any machine to an address outside of the United States once the repair has been completed.
Repair Services
Due to liability reasons, we do not offer troubleshooting or repair support over the phone or via email, unless we directly support the machine's warranty. It's difficult to assess the cause of issues without seeing the machine, so we do not provide any estimates for repair until we have the equipment in our center and can fully diagnose the issue and resolution. We are only able to ship machines back to users inside the United States.
Please note, there is a $55 diagnostic fee that is included in the estimate which will be charged to you if you decline to have your machine repaired. If you choose to recycle your machine with us the diagnostic fee will be waived along with a discount towards a new machine purchased from Seattle Coffee Gear.
Tune-Up Services
Often, minor issues like leaking or grinder malfunctions can be resolved with a very thorough cleaning. Our Tune-Up service is a general maintenance that can also reveal any underlying issues that may present themselves as a costly repair down the line.
During tune-ups, we will also assess, diagnose and recommend any repairs to your machine that fall outside of the Tune-Up service. If you elect to go ahead with repairs, they will follow our standard repair process and turnaround commitment.
