Ingredients - ½ ounce red raspberry syrup - 1 ½ ounce (white chocolate) half and half - 2 oz freshly brewed espresso Garnish: dried raspberry crumble Add the (white chocolate) half and half to a liqueur glass. Then, pour in the red raspberry syrup. The syrup should sink to the bottom, leaving two distinct layers.
