Recipe: Winter Fruit Sangria

It's not winter quite yet, but it is the beginning of the weekend and so we think a cocktail is in order! This delicious sangria features pear and blood orange for a delightfully tart beverage. Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. Monin Pear syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Monin Blood Orange syrup
  • 4 oz. Pinot Grigio white wine
  • 2 oz. cranberry juice
  • ice
  • Splash of lemon lime soda
Directions
  1. Fill a mixing glass (with shaker) with ice.
  2. Add syrups, wine and juice to the ice and shake vigorously until combined.
  3. Pour through strainer, serving it up in a chilled wine glass.
  4. Splash a bit of lemon lime soda on top and garnish with your favorite fruit.
