Tiramisu Martini Recipe

Check out this absolutely decadent martini with an incredible coffee twist!

Ingredients

  • 1 oz espresso, chilled
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua)
  • 1/2 oz amaretto liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Irish cream liqueur (such as Baileys)
  • Ladyfinger cold foam*
  • Garnish: 1 tbsp espresso powder
  • Garnish: 1 ladyfinger cookie
  • *Ladyfinger cold foam
  • 5 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

Begin by brewing a shot of espresso and letting it cool to room temperature. You can also chill it in the refrigerator for faster cooling.

Next, make the Ladyfinger whipped cream. Crush the ladyfinger cookies in a bowl until they form fine crumbs. Add the heavy whipping cream to the bowl, stir, and let sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend and the crumbs to absord the cream.

Strain the infused cream to remove any large cookie pieces, ensuring a smooth texture.

Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the strained cream until stiff peaks form, indicating that it's fully whipped.

Set aside and proceed to prepare the drink.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the chilled espresso, coffee liqueur, vodka, amaretto liqueur, and Irish cream liqueur. Shake vigorously.

Top the Tiramisu Espresso Martini with the ladyfinger whipped cream. Dust the whipped cream with cocoa powder for a classic Tiramisu flavor. Serve the Tiramisu Espresso Martini with an extra ladyfinger cookie on the side for dipping.
