First Use

  1. Open the lid.
  2. Remove the water tank.
  3. Fill the water tank up to the max level.
  4. Insert the water tank in its housing.
  5. Push the water tank down. Close the lid.
  6. Close the lid.
  7. Attach the empty portafilter onto the machine.
  8. Attach the empty portafilter onto the machine.
  9. Attach the empty portafilter onto the machine.
  10. Turn the selector dial to and discharge half the tank from the boiler outlet.
  11. Turn the steam dial to and discharge the remaining water from the cappuccino maker.
  12. Turn the steam dial back to 0 and the selector dial to ON.
  13. Empty the container and put it back under the spouts (step 9).
  14. Proceed with a second rinsing.
  15. Remove the portafilter.
