I really like this scale. It's fast & very accurate. Most importantly it's easy to operate.Don't forget to purchase the calibration weight. Precision is everything.Five stars no doubt.

Scale worked great for a year. Then the battery swelled and the scale became unusable. I took it apart, removed the battery, asked Acaia to send replacement battery. Acaia said it was ?company policy? not to send replacement parts and that everything had to be shipped directly to them to be diagnosed and fixed because ?they don?t want customers changing parts on scales they own because they might do it incorrectly?. They said I had to pay to send it back to them, and then they?d send me a ?loaner? scale. For a bad battery. Lol, for real?! Save yourself some time and choose a more affordable brand that?s more reliable and less pretentious.

Don?t get any other scale. Switched over from our Hario Scale which was slow and off.

Great scale. Looks good. Outweighs the competition.

Premium scale offer bluetooth and all features required for perfect cup.

I thought the Luna scale would be too small for my 8 cup chemex. I’m so glad I got the larger Pearl scale. It is a little cumbersome learning the functionality, but once you figure out how you want to use it, it becomes repetitive enough every day that you won’t need the instruction sheet for most things.

Acaia Pearl is of outstanding quality and design - the level of accuracy is unparalleled. However its many functions are hard to navigate. Touch and hold, one tap, double tap, two finger touch and hold is a bit mind numbing. Online Manual is tedious. Maybe it's me ....

My Acaia Pearl is an amazing scale! Accurate weight to the very last bean! It makes my morning coffee experience even sweeter. I'm looking forward to expanding my brewing knowledge.

The only scale accurate to the tenth of a gram are used to measure illicit substances. Beautiful, quick to tare, and easy to use. Love it.

This scale, coupled with an upgraded grinder (Eureka Atom 65) also purchased from Seattle Coffee Gear, has made all the difference in my morning coffee experience. I'm able to quickly dial in the grinder for a given set of beans. I'm also able to accurately proportion milk and/or water for different coffee mixes. I have reliable control over the flavor of my coffee.

Works great. very accurate and fast. If you are into craft coffee, its worth the investment.I would recommend it to anyone that want to take the time to make great tasting coffee.Robert Scott

i'ts great, i bought it for coffee but have been using it for other ingredients too

New to the pour-overs. Saw so many good reviews for this. Did not disappoint. Accurate. Cosmetically appealing.

The scale is amazing!

Excellent scale. Small, practical, very precise. Reading the manual is required to take advantage of all its features, but it is easy to learn. Impeccable appearance. Totally recommended.

This thing is awesome. Super precise, super fast reading. The tare feature is quick, the timer is super handy, the silicone pad is perfect for putting your pour over vessel onto it or anything really to protect the actual surface. I love the charging feature. I can?t give it a 5 star cuz of the price...yes it?s fantastic but $140 is hefty...but $140 well spent

thank you

We absolutely love it! Great size, easily cleaned and visible numbers. Customer service was excellent when our first scale we ordered was lost in the mail. Being a small business myself, I didn’t want a refund, I know it would eventually show up. However I bought that one on sale. I asked to just purchase a second one and they offered to match the price of the original. I ended up receiving both scales and love them both. Definitely won us over.

Scale is accurate but menu options are impossibly hard to understand

The scale is wonderful but the app has quite some bugs when it comes to photo taking, very frustrating experience

This is my second one. I looked at the other, more involved Acaia scales; however, the Pearls do everything I need. I am VERY happy with them!

It is clearly pricey but I've had it for a couple weeks now and love it. Scale is extremely responsive and great for pour overs and weighing beans.

I am in love with my new scale. I use it for measuring coffee for my Rocket R58 espresso machine. I may not use all the features yet, (I’ve only had it a week) but even the simple design and beauty of this scale makes me happy. It’s a wonderful addition to my kitchen!

Right on! Right Right on! Right on! Right on! Right on!

Lots of functions, easy to use although I did need to read the manual for a few functions. Overall very happy with this high quality scale.

Definitely recommend and I'm only using it as a scale with tare function. I like the rechargeable battery. No need for extra batteries on standby. The accuracy or displayed weight does change when plugged into the USB charger. Simple solution, don't use when plugged in and charging. As quick and easy to use as my work lab scales at a better price along with added benefit of Pearl being cordless. LED readout is easy to read in dim morning light while I'm still not awake. Length of time to auto-off is acceptable and programmable.

I have been using it for about a week now weighing my beans for grinding and absolutely love it. It is extremely quick to respond, easy to use with a highly visible display and appears to be perfectly accurate. This is a huge improvement over my 30 year old gram scale!!

Really slick looking and very sensitive, not much delay. Highly customizable - I was able to work through the settings menu with the instruction manual and disable modes and features I wouldn’t be using, resulting in a sleek, pared down scale that does exactly what I need it to, and does it very well.

The 2 kg maximum and instant tare feature make it especially convenient.
