No need to espresso your confusion — we’ve got you.
We work directly with roasters to roast and ship your order as soon as your order is triggered. Shipping times vary, but most customers should receive their subscription less than 7 days post-roast.
Managing your subscription is easy, just log in to your account and you'll be able to add or remove items, change your delivery frequencies, & update your shipping/payment information.
You can update, cancel, or restart your subscription at any time. No strings attached. We will send you an email update letting you know five days before your next order will be sent to the roaster so you can make any changes.
Since our roasters don't offer uniform grinding options it's challenging to provide ground coffee without compromising freshness. Plus, grinding your beans fresh enhances flavor and aroma!
This is usually due to outdated/incomplete payment info. Log in and provide updated info and we'll get your coffee headed your way! Alternatively, you can call our customer service team at 866-372-4734.
Some items, like seasonal blends or single-origin coffees, are only carried for a limited time. Be sure to check out our New Arrivals section of our site for these great roasts. To be able to offer the best experience possible, we are only able to offer coffee subscriptions on roasts we know we can deliver to you consistently.
We charge per shipment, just before your order will ship from the roaster and will be based on the timing of your original order. If you need to adjust your timing, you can do so by logging into your account and adjusting your delivery date.
