This jammy mocha will make your tastebuds sing! The perfect treat for a chilly late-winter morning.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp chocolate sauce
- 1 tbsp raspberry syrup
- 2 oz espresso
- 6oz steamed milk
- garnish: raspberry powder (crushed freeze dried raspberries)
Instructions:
Add chocolate sauce and raspberry syrup to a mug and brew a fresh shot of espresso.
Add the espresso shot and stir to fully combine the chocolate and raspberry.
Steam your milk of choice and pour on top of espresso.
Using a fine mesh strainer, gently dust the top of the drink with raspberry powder.
The raspberry powder will become a brighter red as it sits on top of the latte!
Tip: use freeze dried raspberries and crush them using a muddler tool to create the powder for garnish.
