We think this delicious coffee cocktail will be your new favorite nightcap!
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz espresso
- 3/4oz vermouth
- 3/4oz coffee infused campari
- 1oz bourbon
- Ice
- 18g dark roast coffee beans
- Orange slice (for garnish)
- Optional: granulated sugar for rim
In a glass jar add 18g of whole bean coffee (we suggest dark roast) and use a muddler to crack open the beans slightly.
Pour 4oz of campari over the top of the beans and cover and set aside to let coffee infuse for 1 hour in room temperature.
To build the drink, in a pint glass add espresso, vermouth, coffee infused campari, bourbon, and ice.
Stir everything together and strain into a coupe, martini, or rocks glass.
For an extra touch of sweetness - rim the glass with sugar prior to straining the cocktail.
