Horchata is a staple summer flavor, and this incredible coffee cocktail is just the treat to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz Kalhua
- 1 oz freshly brewed espresso
- 1 oz horchata **
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Garnish: espresso beans + cinnamon stick
**Horchata:
- 1 cup of white jasmine rice
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2-4 oz simple syrup
Instructions:
To a shaker pint glass add 1.5 oz vodka, 1/2 kalhua, 1 oz espresso, 1 oz horchata*, pinch of cinnamon, and ice.
Shake vigorously for 1 minute and strain into a martini glass with brown sugar rim.
Garnish with cinnamon stick.
