This ube latte is a smooth, creamy treat for any time of year!
Ingredients:
- .5-1 tsp ube extract
- 6-8 oz milk of choice
- 2 oz espresso
Ice
- For cold foam:
- 4 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1/2 tsp ube extract
- 3/4 tsp brown sugar
- Pistachios crushed or chopped finely for garnish
Instructions:
Add ice to glass and then drizzle the ube extract over ice.
Next pour in your milk of choice and top with an espresso shot.
In a milk frother or in a glass using a hand frother, add the heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla bean paste, ube extract and brown sugar and froth to combine.
Add the ube cold foam on top of iced latte and garnish with crushed pistachios and a straw.
