Ingredients:

  • 6 oz heavy cream
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz kahlua
  • .5oz chocolate liqueuer
  • .5 oz frangelico
  • 2 oz espresso
  • Ice

Instructions:

Make frozen whipped cream topper ahead of time (ideally the night before):

By hand or using a stand mixer, whip heavy cream until peaks form.

Add in powdered sugar and vanilla bean paste.

To a silicone sphere mold, spatula in enough whipped cream to form a half sphere.

Gently tap mold on counter to get rid of air bubbles.

Put the molds in the freezer and let set.

To make the martini:

In a shaker pint glass add vodka, kahlua, chocolate liqueuer, frangelico, espresso and ice.

Shake vigourously for 60 seconds for an extra frothy cocktail.

Stain into martini glass and top with frozen whipped cream topper.
