No tricks here - this pumpkin coffee cocktail is the perfect treat for the season on a spooky Halloween night!
Ingredients:
- 1 oz mezcal
- 1 oz Licor 43
- 2 oz epresso
- .5 oz Kahlua
- .5 oz Creme de Cacao
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1 egg white (or 1 oz aquafaba for vegan)
- Small pumpkin (carved, rinsed, chilled)
Garnish: Dash of cinnamon and cinnamon stick
Add all ingredients into shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 15-30 seconds to build the foam.
Open the shaker, add ice, and shake again for 30 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a dash of ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
Tip: For an extra festive version, serve the finished cocktail in a carved-out mini pumpkin. Remove the seeds and pulp, then rinse it with water before using.
