Summer is in full swing and we've got a refreshing espresso treat that's sure to tickle your taste buds!
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp lemon juice (the juice of one medium lemon)
- 2 tbsp sugar 2oz hot water 4oz cold water
- 2 oz espresso
- Ice
- Lemon wedge for garnish
Instructions:
Start by making a scratch lemonade by dissolving sugar in 2oz hot water.
Once dissolved, add 4oz cold water and 3 tbsp of lemon juice.
Combine together then taste and adjust according to your preference.
Set the lemonade aside and brew a shot of espresso.
To a glass, add ice, then the lemonade, and lastly float your fresh espresso shot on top.
Garnish with a lemon slice and a straw and enjoy!
