Vegan Salted Pandan Flip Recipe:
1 oz aged rum
½ oz espresso
¼ oz salted pandan simple syrup
½ oz coconut cream
1 oz aquafaba
Coconut shavings for garnish
Add rum, espresso, pandan syrup, coconut cream, and aquafaba to an empty drink shaker, and dry shake to combine. Add 4-5 large ice cubes and shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the coconut shavings.
Pandan Simple Syrup:
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup water
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 tbsp pandan extract, preferably clear
Combine ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to low heat. Stir until sugar and salt is completely dissolved. Let cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
