Key Features

  • Let It Flow - The flow control paddle and brew group pressure gauge let you vary the pressure and flow of water through the puck offering near endless possibilities for achieving ultimate extraction.
  • Big Brains - Set up repeatable shot parameters via the Lelit Control Center. Advanced features that operate simply by lifting the brew lever.

  • Premium Wood - Available in stainless steel, black, or white; Lelit finished the Bianca with wood hardware for an elevated look.

Overview

The old is new with the LELIT Bianca Espresso Machine. A classically styled machine that combines a flow control needle valve with the innovative LELIT Control Center, the Bianca is perfect for the home barista pursuing the purest espresso flavors. Dual boilers for temperature precision and the stability of the thermosiphon brew group are the core of this machine. Those features are already formidable, but the flow control paddle and needle valve let you take extraction to the next level. Whether you're looking for long, slow pre-infusions; lever style espresso shots; or even mimicking a pour over—the LELIT Bianca can handle it. The LELIT Control Center, or LCC, adds repeatable programmable shot parameters that add to your espresso greatness when paired with flow control or on its own. Enable low pressure pre-infusion, set dwell time, and a late extraction pressure reduction to pull repeatable profiled shots using just the brew lever. Latte creation is a breeze thanks to the dedicated steam boiler with the perfect amount of power to create finely textured milk. The LELIT Bianca is truly an endgame espresso machine.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the LELIT Bianca be plumbed to a water line?

Yes. Its rotary pump lets you run it from the 2.5L movable water tank or plumb it directly to a water line.

How does flow control work on the Bianca?

A paddle on top of the group adjusts water flow to the puck — less than one full turn takes it from closed to fully open. You can also program pre-infusion, dwell time and a late-shot pressure drop in the LELIT Control Center.

What finishes does the Bianca come in?

Stainless steel, black or white, each with wood hardware.

What comes in the box with the LELIT Bianca?

Double and bottomless portafilters, single and double baskets, a backflush basket, a tamper, a scoop, a water filter, a group brush, a cup riser, a cleaning cloth, a 4-hole steam tip and a cleaning kit.

How long does the Bianca take to warm up?

About 20 minutes for its 0.8L brew boiler, 1.5L steam boiler and group to fully heat.

Bianca & William One Sweet Rig

What a beauty! Such a nice machine. I had my last Lelit machine for 20 years. What a sweet replacement. Absolutely love that I can turn off the second kettle for steam and hot water. I plumbed Bianca into the Brio filter that has hot/still/cold/sparkling water. It's an amazing rig.

This is an excellent machine, but not for beginner. There was a bit of a learning curve and I've been making espresso for seven years now. This is a next level machine and is an a perfect choice for the coffee enthusiast.

Pump make a squealing noise and is loud ?? it didn't some with all the part to plumb

Looks great but the pump is loud and it makes a squealing noise. I love the look of the machine however it has some ruff edges and could of used some refinement. That being said it a great entry level machine but not end game

Awesome machine

Love this machine not just for the way it works but its beauty enhances the kitchen area as well. I'm downgrading a star only because the first machine I received was defective and I had to return it for this replacement which has, so far, been everything I hoped it would be. Lelit's US help line was no help at all leaving me with nothing more than a message promising a 1-5 day response. Fortunately SCG responded within a day and after a short conversation they told me to return the machine and a replacement would be promptly sent. Great machine and equally good customer service.

WHY EVERYONE LOVES THEIR LELIT BIANCA

Once you arrive at the point you have concluded that you're ready to move up to a dual boiler machine, you will find there are a lot of great options in the $3,000 to $8,000 dollar range. It's hard to go wrong. If this is your first DB machine, you may feel things like pre-infusion, shot profiling, and flow control in general aren't something you would use. That changed quickly for me. Initially, I just wanted a good quality machine that never ran out of steam pressure or made me wait for the brew temperature to heat back up.When my Lelit Bianca V3 arrived from Seattle Coffee Gear, I was sure I had gotten in over my head. So, I just left everything on the factory settings and pulled the first shot-PERFECT!A month later I was experimenting with pre-infusion and shot-profiling and the shots got even better. But, the big one for me is... I can't set up shots or steam milk fast enough to know if this machine has any limitations!I have read reviews where people will list a variety small points to show their evaluation is not one-sided, but haven't read one where the reviewer regretted buying the machine. This is a powerhouse of a machine that looks spectacular, does everything well, takes up a minimum of shelf space (and you can actually lift it)... and it does all this at a reasonable price.

I have finally hit my espress NIRVANA

I finally hit espresso NIRVANA. I started journey years ago with a Breville Duo Temp Pro. I then raised my game to a Dual Boiler Jan 2023 and it was a fun experience. My end game purchase came from Seattle Coffee Gear in the form of a Lelit Biancav3. While I loved my Breville Dual Boiler, I wanted a machine that looked the part and was more user serviceable should I have issues. I also love the Italian machines (yes I know Breville purchased Lelit). To top it off, I didn't want my machine to be so long it was end to end on my counter. The Lelit Bianca V3 has a movable water tank.Since my purchase, every aspect of my espresso game has gone up. I taste the difference. The flow control is amazing and I can literally control the taste of my shots by adjusting the flow control paddle. I've done a few test and adjusted the flow control during the shot to see how it impacts the taste. There's a lot to learn, but I'm pumped to learn it. The steam wand is amazing and I now find it much easier to create the right texture for latte art. The heat up time in the Lelit Bianca V3 is not as long as I thought it would be, which is awesome.I no longer have a desire to move up on machines, I am happy.I love my setup so much I'm even gong to make a YouTube review video. Just thought I'd share since I'm so pleased with the results of my year long journey so far.

So far loving this machine after a week - we have 6 coffee drinkers at home and it’s been easy to setup so anyone can use it. The machine also has plenty of optionality to be a bit more experimental when we want to.

Disappointed

I love this machine for the aesthetics and build quality, but unfortunate after the first replacement with a defective power adapter was no good there was a short the machine kept powering off because of the adapter. Secondly I paid for a brand new machine and was sent a used one which it probably why the adapter was loose. I was really disappointed being that I paid for a brand new machine and seattle coffee gear is a reputable company. Water was all inside the box when I received the machine and I asked customer service if they were sure I did not receive a used one. Now fast forward to my second machine there is water leaking from the bottom which I called seattle coffee gears customer service, sent video and was told I would receive a call back which I did not yet is bad customer service. Hopefully they will send me a brand new machine that's not defective or used the third time around because I am really being patient as patient can be. This espresso machine cost too much money for all these issues.

Nice machine with a design issue and lack of guidance

I'm overall very happy with the machine. There are a few issues I'd like to bring to your attention, although these are things that Lelit would have to addres.I may have this wrong, but it appear that standby mode is initiated after 30 minutes. The problem is that it takes 20 minute to warm up, leaving only 10 minutes where it's ready to go. I usually turn it on when I get into the kitchen, so by the time I've had breakfast and want an expresso, it's often in standby mode. Not a huge deal, but it takes 5-10 minutes to warm up. Solution: start the standby timer AFTER it finishes warming up. Why is this not obvious? Extending the standby wait time doesn't work, as I want it to be 30 minutes. Second, the instruction manual leave a lot to be desired. It does explain how to use it for the first time, but not how to work with many of the features after that. For example, why and how should I use pre-infusion? How is it suggested to use the paddle? I can play around with all of this...

Beautiful and high quality

Great machine. Love both the programmable settings and the manual flow control switch. Incredibly beautiful - feels as much a piece of kitchen art as a great espresso machine. One note - I have not experienced the long warm up times noted from many. I was worried about this before ordering, but it's never taken more than 5-7 min tops from a cold start. That was the only potential issue I was concerned with and it's non-existent for me.

Completely failed on the second usage

Received the machine yesterday and setup went smoothly. Pulled 5 shots yesterday and it performed flawlessly. This morning, I turned on the machine and powered off before coming up to temperature. I turned it off , unplugged it and then plugged it back in and it did the same thing. Turned it off and unplugged it again and now it won't even power up!

LOVE this machine!

I upgraded from Breville(s) of 21 years to the Lelit Bianca and am in LOVE. Not only is she a true beauty but wow - what a difference in quality of my espresso shots now. I haven't used the paddle yet - i'm a little intimidated by it so I may stop into the store in Kirkland and get some moral support and learn how to use that to further dial my shots in.My machine arrived on time and in perfect condition. No issues at all!! Very happy with Seattle Coffee Gear !

Amazing right out of the box

I was a little worried about my skill level being able to take full advantage of this machine. It was quite the upgrade for me. I did have confidence in my ability to dial in a grind, so I wasn't exactly starting at ground zero - and with that, I'll say that right out of the box this machine makes incredible espresso, no tweaking required. The learning curve is not steep at all, in fact it's inviting. I think this is due, in no small part, to the pressure paddle. The machine is gorgeous, set up is fairly easy. I thought it was weird that I had to obtain an additional instruction manuel online instead of it being provided. I love that I have everything I need (on the machine, that is) if I want to convert it to plumbed later on. I'm going to have to do some research online for some "recipes", as in recommended temperature offset, low flow, PID, etc. There's not much out there w/o having to watch a YT video. Overall, fantastic machine, well worth the money, zero regrets!

This espresso maker is amazing. So beautiful and makes the best espress ive had! So much better than I could’ve hoped for. I agree with many reviewers that the programming on the small screen is a little time-consuming. But aesthetically, I like it looking smaller more like a traditional Italian espresso machine than some modern monstrosity. The instructions leave a little to be desired, but plenty of online content from elite, Seattle, company, and others to brew your perfect shot. A+ + +!

Built to impress

I have a La Marzocco GS3 as my daily driver, but bought this Lelit to set up for my parents. Honestly, Im a little jealous now of the flow profiling. So easy to dial in, and it heats up in half the time as the GS3. The machine itself is gorgeous and makes just as tasty espresso as my GS3. I wish this machine had been available when I was looking for my personal set up. You wont regret it.

A

how many serving per hour can the machine handle ?

Troy M.

Once the machine heats up, which takes 25 minutes, you can knock out a latte in 3 to 4 minutes if you're skills are even below average. So I'll estimate 20-30 drinks in the first hour. But who's knocking out that many if you're at home? Kind of a ridiculous question.
