Armed with a serious appreciation for specialty roasters and a habit of asking "but what if we made it from scratch?", she creates recipes that celebrate coffee as more than just a morning ritual. A flavor. A vibe. She's also the person behind the events that bring Seattle's coffee community together, one pour at a time.
