Overview

Caramel and chocolate lend a classic creamy flavor to this approachable and enjoyable single origin from Batdorf and Bronson Coffee. We love those comfortable classic coffee notes along with the hazelnut twist that approaches the palate at the end of the sip. These sweet but not overpowering notes help to balance the cup and keep it from tasting too acidic or bitter. The result is a great example of exactly why we love specialty coffee so much. This is a great roast to use to introduce people to third wave roasting, and tastes delicious in a wide range of brew methods.

Good coffee, but not to my taste. Found the chocolate notes fairly subdued. Caramel leads the flavor profile on this one. Lovely packaging. Brewed with pour over method.

Good everyday coffee

This is a good coffee. From an Aeropress it had good body and mouthfeel. Tends to fall on the low side in terms of flavor and acidity. Not fruity but towards cocoa and maybe a little nutty. An everyday coffee that I mean in a good way.
