They aren't. For most of these drip grinders it makes more sense to fill it with a bag as needed because they are so large. Thanks.

Yes, it can certainly grind at a drip consistency for a pour over or drip commercial coffee maker. The machine has a grind consistency that can be adjusted, so if it's not quite right just out of the box, you can adjust it for the blend/machine combination.
