Overview
While plenty of coffees are delicious across brew methods, this blend from Camber was developed specifically for milk drinks. Bringing rich caramel and marmalade notes along with a soft fruitiness, Big Joy pairs beautifully with milk in a latte or a cappuccino. It goes without saying, this is one for espresso!

Honestly some of the best espresso I've had on my machine! Loved it!! I made regular lattes, rose lattes and pumpkin spice and it went well with all the flavors!
If you like a mile, lighter roast coffee but also drink milk based beverages, then this might be for you. I found it unremarkable. Not bad. Just nothing stands out. I prefer a fully bodied taste than this delivers. Not for me.
After years of starting my day with traditional Italian espresso, I find I now enjoy a morning cappuccino that's sweeter and richer and more interesting. I recommend Big Joy Espresso, if you want to try something that's a bit more nuanced
Wow, this was some of the best espresso I've had to date. Wonderful dark chocolate with a sweetness and cherry fruit notes. Delicious and can't wait to have more of this.
Great roast. One of favorites
We live on the east but after having lived in Portland we have serious FOMO with our expresso. So glad to have found Seattle Coffee Gear as an informational resource in general but also as a great place to get our hands on great expresso. Big Joy is delicious - I don't pick up a lot of fruity notes on this but it is so smooth, creamy, and a bit chocolaty. I'm finding the staff picks to be on target in general, and this is no exception.
I do mostly milk based drinks so thought I would try this. Oh my gosh so glad I did. So smooth and delicious. Will definitely purchase again.

Very smooth cup. The flavor is excellent.
After reading all the positive reviews I thought I would try Big Joy. The first cup did not taste good at all. I checked my grinder and found that it had bee moved to coarse. Once I reset it for fine, it was delicious. I like having a cortado in the afternoon and Big Joy makes a really smooth drink. I find the price to be a little high for less than a pound of beans.
A favorite of ours for lattes. This is one we get on nearly every order.

I am using Big Joy on my Breville Barista Express. Reviews are great for this bean but my shots are not coming out right, I have to send the grind super super fine to even get a 20 sec shot to pull, thinking I might have a bad bag? What are the settings people are using for the same bean and machine or similar machine?
