Klatch Coffees Roasters were born as a result of nurturing direct relationships with the farmers who grow the beans. That's why green buyer and roastmaster Mike Perry travels the globe to establish trade relationships and to taste the results from each harvest. After the beans are sourced, they make their way to Southern California where Mike uses his degree in Chemical Engineering to achieve Klatch's “Peak of Flavor” roast style.
