The Rocket Espresso Bicocca Spluga Bundle is a full-size, dual-boiler setup for serious home baristas and small commercial spaces alike. The Bicocca offers dedicated brew and steam boilers with PID control of brew, steam and group temperatures, programmable volumetrics and a customizable touchscreen. The Spluga matches it with 65mm flat burrs, two-stage stepless adjustment and its own programmable touchscreen.
We paired the Bicocca with the Spluga for experienced home baristas (or the occasional coffee cart) who want precise, repeatable control at every step. Both machines put their settings on a touchscreen, so dialing in dose, temperature and shot volume becomes a consistent routine.
