A new PID controller behind the drip tray helps make this magic happen, as does its insulated heat-exchanger boiler layout. The Open Box R model also features a rotary pump for quieter brewing and the ability to plumb directly to an existing water line. The Open Box Mozzafiato FAST comes with soft touch controls, and either satin black or polished steel finishes.
