Overview
The Rocket Espresso Mozzafiato Fast R Spluga Bundle brings together Rocket's modern heat-exchanger design and its touchscreen-equipped Spluga grinder. The Mozzafiato FAST R offers a 1.8-liter heat-exchanger boiler, PID temperature control, a shot timer and a rotary pump that runs from the reservoir or a direct water line. The Spluga adds 65mm flat burrs, two-stage stepless adjustment and a customizable touchscreen.
We built this bundle around flexibility. The FAST R's rotary pump lets you start on the reservoir and plumb in later, and the Spluga's timed doses and play mode adapt to however you like to work. Both are designed to keep pace with a busy morning, making this a setup you can grow into for years.
