Overview

Verve's take on the classic espresso - Decadent and rich, they have blended coffees from East Africa and South America to find the perfect balance of sweetness and fruit. With heavy notes of chocolate and the brightness of blueberry and cherry, Verve has created a blend that focuses of flavor but also highlights the heavy body and texture we all love for our espresso. Not only does it pair perfectly with milk for a luscious latte, but it also makes an amazing cup of brewed coffee!

Been a fan of Verve since they broke off from Blue Bottle two lifetimes ago and started making coffee in Santa Cruz.

Favorite Verve Roast

This coffee delivers as promised. Nice blueberrie aroma right out of the bag, after grinding and also in the cup. Works fine for me with 18g in and with a yield of between 36g - 40g depending on how much acidity you're looking for. Amazing as espresso but also works well in an oat milk flat white, since the body and the acidity can counter the milk very well.

very fruity

I brewed this at 17g in and 37g out- and then cut it with water to make an americano- it has a silky feeling on the palette with heavy blueberry notes.
